All our Products are delivered digitally via email, download link, or online portal.
No physical goods will be shipped.
Delivery is complete once access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or fees applicable in your location.
4. Refund Policy – Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services:
No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Once purchased, there is no change of mind option.
This applies to:
Instant-access digital products (downloads, templates, courses, GPT tools, etc.)
Done-for-you services such as business audits, reviews, or implementations
Coaching calls (single sessions)
Coaching containers, programs, and mentorship packages (including group or 1:1)
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once access is granted or the service is booked, except where required by law.
5. License & Use
Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital Products for your own business purposes.
You may not share, resell, copy, redistribute, or sublicense our Products.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, coaching materials, audits, code, design, and branding related to our Products remain the intellectual property of Jodie Louise Greck – Its Jodie Louise | Photography Business Coach. Unauthorised use, duplication, or redistribution may result in legal action.

By purchasing any Product, you consent to be added to our email list for the purposes of:
Sending you implementation tips, resources, and updates related to your purchase
Providing additional content, offers, and promotions relevant to your business growth and our services
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any email. Transactional emails (such as delivery details or account access) are necessary and cannot be opted out of while you hold an active license.

By purchasing, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Australian Consumer Law in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
